My favorite would be Raptor Red.

Dinosaur Books 51RRCWpvN%2BL

Raptor Red is about a year in the life of a female Utahraptor. While there are some inaccuracies such as the raptors not having feathers (excusable, as this was written around the same time as Jurassic Park), dinosaurs being too intelligent, and non contemporary species living together, this book is unique in that it is from the point of view of the dinosaur. And as it is written by a paleontologist, most of the behaviors depicted in this book seem rather plausible.
